bbg acted over the Christmas holidays to relocate a rapidly expanding AI health technology firm and acquire 16 desks. The brief was to find space with high speed connectivity very quickly and very close to the Elizabeth Line at Liverpool Street Station. Dashwood was selected on the first afternoon’s tour and terms agreed within a couple of days, so the client could move in without delay.
